as of my understanding on " Regulatory Framework for Over-the-top (OTT) services march 2015 by TRAI consultation paper".as of indian citizen i am opposing the regulatory framework for internet over the top services. Telecommunication companies can not bound the customers for their freedom of surfing the OTT services. i am strongly condemm if TRAI is allowing this Telecommunication companies to divide the net services and harvest money from  customer.
