I strongly condemn the move to curb and restrict the net-neutrality in India. Allowing Telecom companies to regulate and charge separate fees based on the type of OTT traffic is not only unconstitutional but also aimed at gross profiteering.

By helping private telecom players like Airtel to amass fortune by instituting this law, TRAI is clearly setting a bad precedent of evil greed. Such attempts have happened all over the world but in most places (i.e.: The Netherlands) public agitations have made the governments retract such profiteering measures.

Please understand that the entire success story of Indian Software Industry is at stake if we fail to uphold Internet Neutrality.

I request you to not go ahead with such anarchic and profiteering measures and support Net Neutrality in this nation.
