Sir,

As you know that according to the latest statistics, India's average
downloading speed is 6.7 Mbps
(http://explorer.netindex.com/maps?country=India) . In rural areas
high downloading speed means more cost, only in cities we can get 1
mbps for 1 thousand rupees. India's normal broadband's latency to
Singapore servers is 90ms which sucks. Even Bangladesh's average
downloading speed is 10.32 then why India is suffering?

BSNL is the worst broadband, I've suffered from their worst service
for 5 years. Yeah India sucks in giving sufficient broadband speed and
now you guys are limiting our usage by decreasing the speed to open
certain sites. I don't know what do you guys want, you just want
money.

We customers will never let this happen.

Thank you !
