I write his mail with a firm belief that each individual/company has the right to use a service in the manner they choose to. Telephone service providers don't do us(me) a favor in providing us with 2G/3G data. We pay for that and we have the right to choose how we spend that data. One may want to use it to browse videos or use it to surf the internet or for VoIP.

I completely disagree with the argument provided by these service providers that they are losing money. You may look at statistics comparing 2000 to 2014. Millions of consumers have started using mobile phones. Which means service providers are earning money. We are not their patrons and certainly don't owe any responsibility to bail them out if their profit margins are reducing. They are still making profits and every service is paid  and taxed for. Its a competent market.

The draconian policy which these companies are lobbying for will affect many. Internet must be neutral. If this argument is the to be given any weight then wired based internet providers can also argue equally. This would me as a citizen I would be at the whims of my service provider for what is best for me! I will loose the freedom to choose.

I hope as a regularity authority, you'll look into the needs of the people and believe in the essential rational that "net is a neutral space".
