Hi team,

This is to inform you again thru separate mail that I've raised a complaint regarding DND violation from tatadocomo with SR. No psr2012274321, and Mr Nirlep raised it for me as 1909 customer care exc denied to register it for me.

Closure time given was 4th March but no revert so far. Have called many times at 1909 but they denied to share any update. They told me that they tried to call me on 3rd and 4th March but both the times my number was not reachable... How come I was receiving all calls on those days but missed these 2????

It been one month and 2 days over and above the timeline but still none is interested in sharing the details.
