I have gone through the consultation paper released by TRAI at http://www.trai.gov.in/WriteReaddata/ConsultationPaper/Document/OTT-CP-27032015.pdf, and i sincerely request you to don't take any decision in favour of TELCOs. Please maintain the net neutrality in India and don't allow differential pricing of the services on the services. I kindly  request you to  maintain the same policy which is present right now and please take your decision in foavour of public.
