Hi ,
I am writing this in reference to the new FCC ruling on regulatory framework for OTT services. I would like to record my comments against this regulation and support NetNeutrality as was framed in Netherlands during a similar agitation. Here are my comments supporting my reasoning :
    - These various OTT services are means to Indian population to connect easily with their family , which in most of the cases are residing far away from where we stay during our work . Regulating various services would cause higher charging for these services , which might force a lot of people to not talk more often to their family.
   - Already the ISPs are providing a very bad QoS for data on various 2G , 3G and other kind of internet services. Allowing them to regulate various services with further add to our frustration of paying more for very bad services.
  - How will these services be regulated ? I can sense a lot of security breach on reading various application related data , during this regulation.
   - India is a developing country and for its progress people should be allowed to use all the technological services at their disposal without any regulation to enhance their skills according to current govt policy.

Lalit
