Mr Prakash Bajpai,

Its ridiculous the kind of service you are giving to to customers. Its almost 10 days and issue stands unresolved.
every day i need to call to customer care and they open a issue assign it and close it without bothering to take any feedback from customer, i mean i don't  whom to connect for this type of service and complain to . Taken trai in loop.

Mr Secretary Trai can you please help me on this and take proper action as its almost one year and they cant able to give hassle free service.

 I will raise it with higher authorities too.

Why would you expect this bill to be given as from last week i am facing issue and in spite of several calls its still not resolved. I dont know where to go and complain for this.

You can pay your Tikona bill in the following easy ways:

1. Online payment

 Use Quick bill pay on www.tikona.in
Use My Account  (Billing and Payments -> Make payment -> Payments.)
Payment can be done through Credit/Debit card or Net-banking

 2. Cheque/Demand draft (DD)

Cheque/DD should be on the name of “AC-Payee Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd xxxxxxxxx” xxxxxxxxx denotes your 9 digit Billing Account Number (BAN) present below billing address in your bill.
It is mandatory to mention BAN else cheque/DD will not be credited against your account.
Kindly ensure Outstation cheques are not deposited.

3. Postpaid Cash Vouchers:

Postpaid Cash Vouchers are available with various recharge outlet dealers.
 To view nearest postpaid cash vouchers outlet visit http://tikona.in/cash-voucher
To redeem voucher go to My Account (Billing and Payments -> Make Payment -> Payments -> Voucher Topup).

4. Payment pick-up facility:

For cheque pick-up facility from your registered billing address, write to us at customercare@tikona.in or call 1800 20 94276.
A nominal amount of Rs.20/- will be charged in your subsequent bill for this facility.
