 Hi,
 
I hope you can understanding the meaning and intend of this email from the subject line. my services got disconnected due to delay in payment and when I made the payment, I am asked to wait for 24 hours despite the payment reflecting at your customer care agents end and web portal.
 
The bigger surprise is when I call you call centre my call is disconnected abruptly on face. I need answer for this.
