As you may be aware, the concept of net neutrality is the driving force behind the internet revolution. By violating this fundamental principle we would essentially be stopping  the internet from being what it is. By regulating the OTTs and letting the service providers to charge more we would be necessarily killing start ups in the internet sector which do not have the muscle to edge out the big corporations financially. Internet would essentially end up as a monopoly of a few corporations. 

 The level playing field currently provided by the internet would become lob-sided. It is hence absolutely essential to treat all data equally by ensuring net neutrality. The PM's Digital India campaign is based on this plank of free and equal internet.

I, therefore strongly urge you to maintain the status quo with regards to the internet and pass regulations in support of Net-Neutrality.
