I read your consultation paper and I must say that this is not at all good for the future of the country. Please, don't kill the net neutrality and let it be the way it is meant to. Internet is not meant to be used like this. It will be a total disaster.

All I could see here is that telecom companies being greedy and not worrying about the consumers at all.
