It would be a bad idea to increase/decrease internet speed and cost for some selective websites (like youtube/facebook) or for certain apps on the mobile (whatsapp/skype). In the end I pay my internet bills for everything that comes under the internet, and if these things are going to be priced separately, then I might as well not use internet at all. Ergo internet might move to extinction as in the case of SMS service, which is no longer used by normal people (other than the advertising agencies).
