Just a small suggestion..
Now days no one is using smartphone without internet. But for all of them whatsapp is the main reason to use the internet. My suggestion is to start charges for the all txt msgng app like whatsapp, Line etc.
Monthly charges:
Just a 10 or 20 rupees.
I think no one will think more then one time about this. 10 rs is very cheap. Same side in India more then 10cr users exist for this kind of msgng app. If one telecome company's share is 30% then approx 3cr user. Then monthly 60cr will genrate.
Just need to tight up with msgng app company.
