As a internet using common citizen of India, I would like to convey to you my support for net neutrality and would urge you to not introduce rules/ pricing that would enable telcos to charge differential pricing and provide differential access speeds to various websites.

While I do not understand the technical details of the potential change, I as a consumer would like to have the freedom to access any website without artificial controls in terms of speed introduced by the telco/ ISP.
