For approximately last one month Tata sky is upgrading its technology for servicing the customer better. But it is only creating problems for consumer like me. I had 2 service requests dated 12 march 2015 (SR1203151311058) and dated 4 april 2015 (SR0404151333827). But the problem is not resolved and for total 8 days of my subscription I'm unable to see the regular channels like ZEE MARATHI and CNBC-TV18. On saturday I received a SMS which said my subscription is increased by 3 days. But this notice is not available on my STB even on monday 6/4/15. I also have multiroom TV the SMS does not make it clear whether this offer extends for multiroom as well or not. For 8 days of no service Tata sky is providing 3 days of sub. extension no multiroom clarity and no intimation on my STB.Similarly the Service Representative (SR) has asked me to replace my dish as the dish is small. And I will have to pay for this change of dish. When the problem of No Service (NS) is due to company's technological upgradation, why should I pay for ? Why can't company replace the dish?
This is faulty service and TRAI should look into it. And help us consumers.
