Please, Let ISP follow such structure.

Let them not mind about the purpose of internet(like water/electricity) but let them restrict the Bandwidth. Higher bandwidth costing extra is OK.

We are still developing country and many internet based startups will come. Posing such framework will make their life really difficult.

Let India be FREE from such evil. Think of millions in mind than just handful rich ppl.
