Dear Sir/Madam,

I have only recently heard that telecom carriers in India are going to
restrict fair access to the internet (net neutrality).

This is very upsetting. India has been at the forefront of innovation
based on IT and the internet is a vital part of this. Allowing telecom
companies to charge different prices for different websites will be
highly detrimental to India's access to the internet and also overall
development objectives.

We request you to kindly take a firm stand to not allow this.
