Hello,
In my opinion Net Neutrality should be upheld, Internet has always been free in terms of what I can access.
Charging customers for accessing few websites and not charging for some other websites can have adverse affects. I have 2 arguments for pros and cons Kindly take a look-
1) Facebook initiative Internet.org has allowed customers to access that websites which are educational through Reliance Network. This may seem like it is against Net Neutrality Principle, but it is different. Since it makes people who cannot afford internet still access educational or otherwise very important websites. This is the kind of changes we should be looking in internet arena.
2) But making it a tool in the hands of wealthy Businessmen, can be dangerous proposition. This will affect those websites who have fund for website designing also have will have extra cost to pay for its own access through internet. Everybody cannot afford such price, Internet should have gatekeepers, but not some bouncers who throw out people because they cannot pay price. Internet as of now is fine, and doesn't someone to decide what I can and cannot access.
This is inputs, In the end I say strongly oppose this divide in websites which we are trying to introduce. Don't sign this proposition.

Thanks,
Sunil
