Dear Sir / Madam

We  appreciate the efforts of ISP for bringing internet to common man.  They are quite right is fixing the tariff for internet usage and evolve different  plans.  I also agree that some of the social media companies have enhanced their reach and brand value because of ISP’s ability to reach every one.   ISP’s have built the internet highway and have every right to ask for their share.   They can tie up with any company to offer different plans and have revenue sharing model.

However here are some of my concerns on Net Neutrality . 

·         The ISP should not throttle the bandwidth and / or block companies who are competitors to their partners.

·         The ISP’s should NOT  differentiate traffic based on Class of Service like Voice Video Streaming, IRC Chats etc..

·         The internet user should not  have differential pricing based on Class of Service.  

They are quite within their right the determine the price of the plan.  However once a user choses a plan say for example 2 GB plan,  the user has every right to use every byte of 2 GB on which ever class of service he wants.  The ISP should not restrict the user based on Class of Service.   

I wish these are taken into consideration while framing Laws.
