1. All sites must be equally accessible; ISP's and telecom operators shouldn't block websites or mobile applications becuase of monetary gain.
2. No gateway's to be created for "Preferred" websites over another.
3. The cost of access must be the same for all/any websites as per data plan, and shouldnt be discriminated based on cost of access than speed of access.
4. All websites must be accessible at same speeds, and shouldnt be discriminated because of favourable business situations.
