TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN.

Rulings in favour of allowing the said regulation are anti-development. This is not what I expect from my Government. Loss of revenue to Telecos should not be a bar to progress. Do not allow the said regulation to pass; Netherlands has passed Net Neutrality laws which we should consider as well.
