For the sake of consumers and the development of the rural areas..  Consider this a plea to not to go ahead with net neutrality. If the telcos again start charging for the calls n messages. Rural people and teenagers are the biggest user of WhatsApp, Viber, Skype etc. Let the India grow. Let us develop on par with other countries in the world.
