Dear Sir/Madam,

I think all the questions are difficult to understand, how all people can read, understand and answer this in given time?

I think nationwide poll should be taken to decide. I support Net neutrality anyways.
Also the questions should be translated in all languages and should be published in newspapers.

This way common man can understand and will definitely vote for NET NEUTRALITY.
