Sir,
At a time when we all dream of a digital India , allowing
telecompanies to breach netNeuTrality will make situation worse.
Already Internet packs rates are so high that a common person can't
afford e.g airtel gives 1GB 3g data in 249 and 1gb 2g in 175 and that
too when 3g is not always available everywhere and 2g Internet speed
is too slow that a person can wakeup after having a slumber but the
page will still be loading. Another point is that recently Airtel has
started Zero Platform means giving free access to particular websites
for which user subscribe. IN doing so startUps and coMpanies out of
Venture and less money to pay Airtel will be ignored and left out. In
short richer will get richer and trust of Indians on homegrown
companies will no longer be there. So benevolently maintain the
NetNeuTrality and don't let the telecomp's decide what their custoMers
want to surf on web.
Thank You.
