Dear sir. This would be very unfair if site specific internet plans allowed.we paid for network not there super imposed sites .This is not DTH services model where we paid for channel.

Operators should not allowed manipulate at all . How they can decide which site will fast or which one will slow.they are supposed to provide net service only for which they changed us

It would be totally anti consumer.
