please increase the speeds of internet connection first then talk about fast lane, you people are still hanging in 1 g and you talk about high speed fast lane, please bring in speeds in small suburbs and rural areas so that people can really take benefit, in spite of taking steps just for mega cities you should also wonder sometimes that we in small urban and rural areas also pay the same amount and yet receive a laggy slow and interrupted internet connectivity and the whole world is living in 4g, at least try to improve the present data speed condition within 2g and 3g. The scenario is such that we people do not even receive a proper 2g speed even.
