Respected sir/madam,
                                       As I write this letter to I cannot explain the anxiety in my heart. Internet has always been a source of liberation,access and convenience to me and too my friends. The OTTs should not be,priced differential over the price of the data packs,due to the fact that internet availability in our country is still at infancy, the internet speeds are still slow,compared to international levels.The telecom companies,need to improve the quality of the services they provide as the reason,many of us still use 2g services is because the cost of 3g is high and the availability of 3G network is sparse at best. Monitoring of Internet based applications,must be carried out without breaching a personal boundary. The online service apps,aren't that large to pose a considerable threat to the country's economy or the revenue. The question of net neutrality has been questioned repeatedly over the last few years,as the president of the united states of America said internet is a utility like water,gas,and electricity we cannot charge separately for it.I end this plea to you by saying that the need of the hour is improving the telecom infrastructure of the country,and making internet available to all.
