I have gone through the consultation TRAI Consultation Paper and the various arguments being given by COAI representatives regarding the so called OTT Services. Such framing of the name itself is a ploy by those in Control.

It is wrong to say that the Telecom companies are hurting because of the data based services. The proposed step is against innovation and is to control the end customers. If you go ahead with this decision, You are leaving us with no choice in a helpless state in the hands of Big Businesses.
