It's regarding the usage based charges for Internet usage. I request to stop such kind of conspiracy. I'll take an example. Say, I'm driving on on toll road. I paid the toll fee. However, later, I'm asked to drive at a speed of 10 KM/hour only, to drive at a higher speed I'm asked to pay additional amount, so, it's kind of double charges for same service. It's going to impact new startups, and overall, would have big impact on India's growth.

Please don't allow such conspiracy.
