Sir,
      With due respect,  i would like to present my concern regarding the removal of net neutrality.  Sir I am totally in favour of net neutrality.. and I believe that I shouldn't pay anything extra depending on what I use..

     if service providers want  to bag some money, then they must  improve their plans.. and not look for cheap and pathetic ways to bill user.
