Sir I am a student from Assam. I have read about TRAI's concern about net neutrality and I want to submit my response to you. Plz try to make Net neutrality, our dream a reality and plz ensure that we are not charge extra for OTT players like whatsapp. I am strictly against airtels zero plan and other plans which violate net neutrality and charges extra or gives discount for some apps. I hope u will think over my response. Thanx.
