Please dont allow this kind of facilities for network providers.already they are increasing the cost of Calls/Messages/NetPacks/Booster Packs.

Net Neutrality is only useful for Network Providers and Marketing companies.it is not useful for common people.

In future,it makes huge disappointments for each and every people.so kindly stop this in beginning stage onwards.
