I personally think there has to be implication of net neutrality.
here are the answers to 20 questions.
1. NO it is not at all early for this. implication of net neutrality will be a great gift for the future generations.
2. yes they should be brought under the licensing scheme
3.yes. no it is not necessary.. as all the services do not charge the same amount of data
4.no they shouldn't be.. all they need to pay is for the internet. like municipal water supply do not charge over the use of water. like they do not put extra charges if we use their water for making tea or coffee over laundry.
all we need to pay for is the amount of data we use regardless of the app we are using it.
5.yes there is an imbalance,there must be an moderate price implied to the kilobytes of data used. and similar to the electricity and water bill we pay, we must be paying likewise for the data to the tsp too. it will not effect the economy at all, all its going to affect is the surplus money which tsps used to get.
6.i think you are intelligent enough to figure out that. ;)
7.they must put on a better firewall features to protect consumer safety and privacy issues,yes they should protect the ensure the protection of consumer intrest,thats the most important thing
8.they should look forward for a better freedom of speech over the internet and they should try to avoid any faults in etno and provide the best service possible. practices that must be proscribed are the one which involves bounding to someones idea and restricting them from accessing the internet at an affordable prize.
9. net neutrality in india can be far more better than what it is today. we living this modern era need internet for everything at a day to day basis. like water and electricity , internet has become one of the basic needs not only to the youth but also the old,not only rich but also the poor people need internet now a days.
net neutrality should be provided to the people to simply allow people this world full of possibilities and imagination.
10. none, there shouldnt be any discrimination, people must be allowed to explore the internet by their will and without any restirctions.
taking of adult content there are several preventive measures that parents can put up on their phone or computer to stop childrens below 18 to expose for porn. for other people it shouldnt be resctricted .!

12. yes the telecom service providers shall bear the cost. moreover if the like they could set up a moderate cost to perkilobyte data used by the consumer to lessen their load.

15. no they must be treated as a regular user.
16.advertisements are a better idea, if the indian based ott are to be promoted they should provide a good user friendly services to attract consumers.
17.as an asp. a higher surfing speedĀ  at reasonable cost and no hidden charges.
18. yes there is need to regulate the charges.
19. net neutrality will itself help them.
20.no thanks.
just imply the net neutrality over the internet. it will be a great help for us and to the future generations too.
