Please stop ISPs from discriminating data. Charging extra for specific internet services like Youtube, Facebook, Whatsapp is a blatant discrimination of data and the only one benefitting from it is ISPs like Airtel who openly abuse Net Neutrality and are only looking to earn money through wrong ways. Just like I wouldn't want my electricity company to charge me extra for charging my phone or laptop, I don't want ISPs to decide what I use my data for. Unfortunately, I can't answer the 24 questions provided by the TRAI but I would certainly recommend you to read other letters from my fellow Reddit India users.
On a sidenote, I would also want the TRAI to raise the minimum broadband speed from 512 kbps to 10 Mbps. 512 kbps is not an acceptable speed and cannot be considered as 'broadband'. This directly contradicts the Prime Minister 's 'Digital India' program. Please don't let down the internet users.
Have a good day
