Dear TRAI
I am writing as I'm concerned about the future on Internet in India. As much as these telecom companies would like you to believe that differential pricing for Internet is justified. It is actually just the opposite. It's like an electricity distribution company asking more rate per unit for using an AC than for a cooler. This defies all logic. The user pays for what they use and the company does not have any right to affect how we use what we pay for. It's a business at the end of the day and if they can't find a legitimate way to increase their profits the government is not supposed to bail them out for their incapability or lack of innovation.
