This is the 3rd time I am writing within a week to get my issue resolved. My internet is not working for almost 15 days now. And this is not a "Outage" issue as the net has been working in my locality. I know this will be fixed for a week when the billing cycle is round the corner and then again it will not work for 20 days. This is the same pattern for last 3 months. Please disconnect my service. I cannot keep waiting for an engineer to turn up every day. I am also loosing on a lot of money as I often work from home but unable to do so now. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen.

Inspite of repeated mails and calls, my issue is still not resolved. I am not going to pay any amount this month, even if you discontinue or not. The outage issue is resolved a long time back and still I don't have internet in my house. I AM JUST FED UP. I cannot keep calling the customer care or writing emails. Every month I cannot have no internet for 10 days or more. Now it is up to you whether you discontinue my service or not as I am not going to pay any money this month. If forced to pay then lets meet in the TRAI tribunals....as I am going to complain there too.

I am sorry to state that we are utterly disgusted with the service of Spectranet. Every week it stops working for few days and comes back again. When we try to reach the customer care, no one picks up the phone. And we keep wasting our time in calling the customer care.
We have been pleading to send a service engineer to look into the issue. In January we had 15 days of outage and in February it was almost 5 days and now again in March this has started after we paid our bill on 20th.
Please look into the issue and send a service engg by tomorrow otherwise please discontinue the service.
