Hello Sir/Ms.,

Please do not allow internet providers to regulate the internet. The
internet service providers already charge a premium to access the
internet and as a gate-keeper this seems to be very unethical. Instead
of improving their poor infrastructure and quality of calls they seem
to be making policy decisions that will only benefit them.

This is an appeal from a common citizen to not allow ISPs like Airtel
and Vodafone to charge the internet on the basis of websites being
accessed.
