Sir,
   I 'Vamsi krishna 'an aircel customer requesting you to cancel the plan of net neutrality why because  80% of Indian population are  not using the internet today due to lack of literacy and money and if u introduce these kind of plans then it will rise to 90% worsing further .Then having access  to the  internet will become a rich man's property which will affect the development and literacy rate.
