Dear sir/ madam,

There is news floating around that the TRAI is considering proposals from ISPs for them to be able to charge consumers differently for how they use their data plan.

It is the most ludicrous notion indeed;
Let me explain why I personally think so with an example:
Suppose the municipality decides to charge me more for the same amount of water if suppose, I chose to drink it instead of bathe in it.
Does that sound prudent?
I should hope not.

It's like saying you can drive above the speed limit for a certain fee, while everyone else is forced to drive below it.

It's bribery in a way, isn't it?

So why should I pay more for using the same amount of data for different purposes.

I already pay quantitatively for the data used, don't I?
Why should I be forced to pay qualitatively too?

Shouldn't consumer interest be safeguarded by you?
And  saving net neutrality is the only way to!

Hope proper sense prevails.
