me in a democratic country expect everything to be of my choice not the choice given by telecom service provider.

if a telecom service provider says use Viber instead of Watsapp and i will charge for watsapp thats not fare.

Telecom is anyways making profit wherein most of the users are going for the net pack.

Already this was condemned across many parts of world, india being a software hub and trying to curb the smrt phone users by these kind of idea is a step backward.

India being the country with maximum youngsters will give a big thumbs down for this move!
