Trying to charge differently will not only give power to some of the chosen capitalist but will take away the freedom of choice of every individual in the country.
As other nations have positively, for the development and benefit of their own countries, have implemented laws to make internet as a utility- We also request internet to be made a utility which can be used without any discrimination in the cost of data download for different domains.
