please don't create the situation rich people keep on rich and poor gets worst . Net Neutrality is now free one day it crate the situation the use must pay a net pacage data and also user pays a website data . It is benefit for only private telecom only. I know you guys wont accept my thoughts because you are controlled by a ministry(hope u will understand).
