We have sufficiently pour enough money to mobile network provider when there was no internet facility through calls and message services, so during that phase slope of their growth was never expected by them also. 

Now as their profit margin is getting reduced they want to impose some bullshit laws on customer and you are trying to support that. What kind of logic is this, if suppose this rule comes into play we should not even tell our children that "we should believe in our government system". Just because some government official will get money(huge amount) out of this contract, citizen of country will suffer like anything basically its not airtel or vodafone or some other network looting us, its you who are making this happen.
