Hi,
I have taken monthly tarrif of Rs.599.
After that i got a bill of Rs 1725, in which my Internet charges was more that Rs 500. It was seriously surprising.
After that i got extra service charges were also activated on my number while just surfing by just a pop up.
I complained about this and my network issue but no response from your side.
While talking to your customer executive i already conveyed to him that all additional services which are activated on my number please deactivate that.
But surprising element was when i was talking to your executive today i got to know still that service is activated.
I got a sms from.airtel team that your 1000 Mb Internet data is about to almost over.
I am using my wifi for internet and for only few hours i use my phone data n speed is that pathetic that i am not able to send even a 10 kb picture on what'sapp no download till now.
Surprisingly the type of image of airtel i was having and the services i am getting is very disappointing.
I am using Vodafone connection since 4 Year more Internet surfing than airtel, too much of data download bt still i always had plenty of data left at the time of bill.
Till now i am not able to download 10 kb picture from last 3 hours and i am sure this time i will get higher bill than this time.

i had complaint about this to your customer complaint center so the customer service operator told me "airtel ko aaata hai paise nikalwana"

I paid my bill on 12th feb 2015 by Payu.

still my account was showing payment pending.

then i paid my bill on 16th feb again using freecharge.

then i came to know both the transaction were done and amount were credited to merchant account only.

if my payment is done twice then i need my money back or settle that money in my this month bill.

need help..
