I am a regular user of internet and use all kinds of website for learning, training, entertainment ,social entertainment etc. 

The new regulation which is to be passed will not only make it more expensive for accessing internet but will abstain a lot of internet using generation from availing the facility of internet. 

Please do not pass this regulation, we are for NET NEUTRALITY !!!

In the increasing phase of mobile and internet penetration, we need this to go to as a neutral rate for rural and young generation to enjoy this.
