This mail is to voice concern against principles of net neutrality which might come into effect if regulated by your body.
People have right for open internet and they should be able to use it for whatever service they want to because ultimately they pay a price for it.
One cannot force anyone to act as per their rules.
Still high speed broadband connectivity is limited in INDIA since INDIA is still developing.
People are also fooled by telecom companies in name of 3G promising 21 MBPS speeds and actually providing 3 MBPS that too rarely(Once in a blue moon)
Hope your body takes a decision which stands fair for common man in INDIA.
