Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been hearing that some major telecom companies are planning to propose Internet plans that clearly violate net neutrality.

They plan to customize user's Internet experience according to their profit. I know that these companies are here to make profit but they should not violate some basic rules.

Violation of net neutrality is a human rights violations. We don't even want free Internet access to certain apps. We just want these companies not to breach our right.

Mr. prime minister dream about the digital India but I think this step of telecom companies are curbing this dream. People in India are still learning to use Internet. If this kind of breach happens it would be impossible to make Internet available to general public.

I request, TRAI(telecommunications regulatory authority of India) to monitor this breach of net neutrality in India and safeguard the rights of Indian public.

Thanking you.
