Respected Sir/Mam,
                                I came to know about this issue as some telecom operators are trying to discriminate among sites and creating a Dark future for internet. 

In my opinion, NOBODY should be allowed to do so. I request TRAI to interfere and stop telecom operators offering "different versions" of Internet for different sites. I request TRAI to protect internet and keep it "Neutral".
