Respected sir,

I request you to please let internet be neutral.
Paying specific charges for specific services which comes through same medium is absurd.
It will be detrimental to our country's growth in various ways.
Our PM's dream of digital India will remain a dream only.
Don't make things complicated, its already very frustrating to keep track of data plans etc.
If you really want to empower common man, ask service providers to improve connectivity and quality of service and then talk about this issue.
These service providers have amassed lot of money from us already.
There is no meter to find out the how much data has actually been used, now with different rates for different services, it will give service providers hundreds of loopholes to charge us whatever they want.
It is hard earned money.
Internet is an integral part of my life. I use it for work, entertainment and news. I prefer it neutral.
It is this neutrality and freedom which has driven the growth of so many useful applications. With neutrality gone, new apps won't be able to emerge.
There is also a fear of discrimination between users of different service providers. Internet apartheid if I may call it.
Email and SMS replaced letters, Indian postal office look more like a bank today, still it is functional.
Please don't take steps that will burden common man and allow loot of public's hard earned money.

Thanks and regards
Piyush Jain.
