Dear Sir/ Madam

As a service class, responsible citizen of India. I would like to tell you that the thought for "Regulatory Framework for Over-the-Top services" has been placed in TRAI's mind from the hardcore lobbying of the vested interest of TSPs and nothing more. I'm an educated hard working guy who feels the pinch when Taxes and Inflation bite my food plate, medical support and other basic necessities and utilities. TRAI has been wonderful in managing consumer interests till date, please don't turn into an ugly Government which is driven by Vote Bank (in your case Corporate Lobby).

Before making further statements, I do solemnly swear that I do not hold any allegiance to any Political, Corporate, Religious, OTT Platform companies/subsidiaries or Internet affinity groups and my response to your Consultation paper is all in the centricity of looking at the best interests of my life, my immediate family members and relatives scattered across geographies and every ordinary Indian citizen who is like me and who use internet by any means and mode available in the Geography of the Republic of India. Should this be proven otherwise, I give full right to you to make my vote redundant to your Consultation process.

Having said that, my opinion towards the Consultation paper is similar to what Reddit India has shared with you and have attached the same document as response to the questions being asked in your consultation paper.

Regards

Tarun Sharma
